Miranda Lambert performed two shows at the Whitewater Music Amphitheater on Aug. 4th and 5th with Wade Bowen performing as a special guest. Lambert and Bowen are both Texas natives who understand any time you make a stop in the Lone Star State you have to pay tribute to “The King”.

“We’re gonna play some George Strait together,” Bowen announced to roars of screams.

The Texas natives performed a rendition of George Strait’s 1983 number one single, “A Fire I Can’t Put Out”.

Bowen along with Randy Rogers Band will join Miranda for two more shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on August 8th and 9th.
