Music City Minute: Jason Aldean, NHL All Star Game Performers, The Grammys, & Justin Timberlake & Chris Stapleton

Jason Aldean is returning to his roots for his new single and album – both announced today. His new single is raw and bluesy, it's called "You Make It Easy" and it's the lead single from his eighth studio album Rearview Town that will be in stores April 13.

Jason says, “Growing up in Macon, Ga., I had a chance to learn about so many different styles of music, looking back on first playing in bands as a teenager, I was just soaking everything up. A lot of that comes out on this record...where I've been, and who I am now.”

The NHL has called on three of country's hottest stars to perform during its upcoming All-Star Game in Tampa Bay, Florida. Brett Young will perform to perform the U.S. national anthem, while Lindsay Ell will sing the national anthem of her home country, Canada. Chase Rice will perform during player introductions at the annual exhibition match, while Kid Rock will also be in the house to sing following the game's second period. The 2018 NHL All-Star Game will get underway this Sunday at 2:30 PM on NBC.

Speaking of Sunday don’t forget you still have time to plan your Grammy watching party with lots of fun snacks! Of course a ton of our favorite country stars are nominated, but you really have to watch for the amazing performances. Maren Morris, Eric Church and Brothers Osborne will together pay tribute to the victims of recent live music events.

The Recording Academy has also revealed multiple paired acts: Miley Cyrus and Elton John are going to perform together, as will Bruno Mars and Cardi B. Emmylou Harris and Chris Stapleton are slated to team up, too.

And althought it isn’t country I’m SO pumped for Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee will perform “Despacito”.

The Grammys will start at 6:30 PM Sunday on CBS.

Justin Timberlake has finally released his new song, "Say Something," featuring Chris Stapleton. The video starts with Justin looping the song's beat, before he picks up a guitar and walks through a building singing. Eventually, Chris comes into frame and the two trade lyrics as they make their way towards each other to finish out the tune together. "Say Something" appears on Justin’s upcoming fifth studio album, Man of the Woods, which comes out next February 2nd.
