Music City Minute: Clay Walker, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, & Carrie Underwood

Clay Walker sang the National Anthem at last night’s World Series Game 5 and I think he brought the good luck because eventually the Astros won! Game 6 is in LA tomorrow night at 7!

Blake Shelton’s new album “Texoma Shore” comes out Friday, to celebrate Blake is putting out a new song every morning leading up to the release date! Today’s song is “At The House” and it’s a fun song about hanging out on vacation:

Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood are hosting the CMA Awards for the 10th year in a row! He said, "We have this shtick now, which we build on. We take on personas a little bit beyond who we really are, as a duo. I get to play the idiot, [and] Carrie gets to be the voice of reason." You could also say he plays the fool, and she's the straight man. Whatever it's called, it's working.

More performers have been announced for the CMA Awards! Keith Urban will now perform along with pop star Pink and Tim McGraw with Faith Hill to the lineup. Keith is also slated to take part in an unprecedented opening collaboration that will feature Eric Church teaming up with Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker and more. These artists join previously announced performers, including Garth Brooks, Brothers Osborne, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Old Dominion, Jon Pardi, Chris Stapleton, Thomas Rhett and Carrie Underwood. Make sure you’re watching the show November 8th at 7!
